As a John L. Scott broker, my mission is transactional excellence and client satisfaction. That means I work tirelessly to make your home buying or selling process as efficient, stress-free and lucrative for you as possible.

Meet Curtis:

Before becoming a real estate broker, John L. Scott Renton’s Curtis Aranda was a hotel manager in the hospitality industry. Today, he brings that concierge approach to his buyer and seller clients in cities including Renton, Kent, Maple Valley, Seattle, Bellevue, Newcastle, Auburn and Federal Way!

Curtis’ approach when working with clients is centered around transparency, guidance, education and awareness. He doesn’t pressure clients and works hard to help others achieve their real estate goals. Clients often enjoy his communication style, patience, flexibility and desire to go above and beyond to make the real estate experience enjoyable and successful.

When he’s not working, Curtis enjoys photography, videography, competing in sports and treating his kids to fun-filled days of children’s activities and museums. He’s also passionate about traveling and has traveled to 49 states and more than 40 countries!

Seattle

Seattle is a fantastic city for a lot of reasons, but one of the best things about it is the natural beauty that surrounds us. Nothing beats a crystal clear day when you can see the Olympic Mountains and Mount Rainier. But even on rainy days which, yes, we do have a few of here, the views of Puget Sound and Lake Washington are breathtaking. Seattle has a rainy reputation, but our best kept secret is how spectacular our summers are. While a lot of the country is sweltering with heat and humidity, we're basking in the perfect warm days and our long summer days allow us to enjoy water sports, hiking and cycling and tending to our gardens. In the winter, skiing and snowboarding are only an hour away. People recognize Seattle by the Space Needle and Pike Place Market, but we also have a thriving arts and cultural scene, great art museums, symphony, opera, and ballet.

Reviews

“Curtis is an excellent agent and very knowledgeable of the challenges in the real estate market. He did a remarkable job in getting the property I was searching for through his perseverance, professionalism, negotiation skills, and creativity in getting my offer accepted over multiple offers. He works very hard for his clients and makes sure they understand every step of the process. Curtis worked closely with all of the involved parties until my sale closed. He effectively communicated all of the details and made this entire process for a first-time home buyer, such as myself, less stressful. From the beginning, he made it clear that I could contact him at any time throughout this transaction and beyond. I gained not only a real estate agent, but a true friend. I highly recommend Curtis and his services without any reservations.”

“As a first-time home buyer there's so many unknowns in the process. Curtis has gone above and beyond what has been expected from a buyer's agent. He was very patient and took time in explaining the process. He was very flexible with his schedule and is prompt to address all your questions and concerns no matter what time of the day. He always has his client's best interest in mind, which is key throughout the whole process. Even after closing, he is still available for consultation. I would highly recommend his services. They are definitely top shelf quality!” – Dessa Gabitoy

“First home purchase of my life. Curtis is the real deal. Works around your schedule (and feels like he's ALWAYS working for YOU every hour of every day). Made the whole process smooth and painless, and recommended an awesome lender. Couldn't have made a better choice for an agent.” – Michael Hildebrand
